The Nike Air Force 1 "Flax" sports an almost entirely neutral construction and leans into its boot-inspired appearance with a few highlights. It is made of a tan nubuck that conjures up ideas of construction boots. For the shoe's most overt allusion to boots, standard flat laces are swapped out for flecked rope laces, and the top eyelet is ringed with a metallic silver rivet. Insoles and tongue tags both have hints of black, but midfoot Swooshes and debossed heel decorations are tonal. Midsoles and outsoles made of gum complete the look.
