Store Policy & Information

1. ORDERS

• Deliveries for orders are usually made within 3 to 5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) of your order being placed.
• Our store has the right to cancel an order.

 

2. INTERNATIONAL DELVERY

• International delivery is temporarily suspended until further notice.

 

3. EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

• You may exchange your full priced purchase at our store within 7 days upon receiving your order.
• Special releases and discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Exchange item must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
• Exchange item must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable.

• We currently accept payment by PAYNOW only.
