Collection: ASICS
ASICS Corporation, commonly known simply as ASICS, is a Japanese multinational corporation that produces sportswear. It's best known for its athletic footwear, especially running shoes, but also produces other footwear, clothing, and accessories. ASICS is an acronym for the Latin phrase "Anima Sana In Corpore Sano," which translates to "A Sound Mind in a Sound Body." This motto reflects the company's philosophy of promoting physical and mental well-being through sports. The company was founded by Kihachiro Onitsuka in Kobe, Japan, in 1949, initially as Onitsuka Co., Ltd. It later merged with two other companies in 1977 to form ASICS Corporation and their headquarters is at Chuo Ward, Kobe, Hyogo, Japan
