The ASICS GEL-KAYANO 14 sneaker resurfaces with a 2000s aesthetic as a nod to Asics's storied Gel-Kayano series.
Reinterpreting the shoe's performance capabilities with updated materials and components, this version became the first iteration in the sneaker's lineage to be designed by someone other than Toshikazu Kayano.
This shoe retains the layered leather and mesh construction from 2008 and improves the upper fit with GEL™ technology cushioning, mirroring the original midsole design. The sockliner is produced using a solution dyeing process, which reduces water usage by 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45%.
